Announcing new marketing and copywriting services in Spanish to capture Spanish speakers and the Hispanic market

August 7, 2001 -- Today, Cesar (Mr. Copywriting) Vargas, a professional translator-turned-copywriter, established an Internet presence (www.mrcopywriting.com), to offer marketing and copywriting services in Spanish for small- and medium sized businesses. The Website, which went online today, offers current and up-to-date information regarding marketing and copywriting techniques, and is one way to get in touch with Mr. Copywriting, who has been studying carefully the marketing and promotional strategies of the great copywriters of old and of today (John Caples, Joe Vitale, David Ogilvy, Dan Kennedy, Robert Bly, and Ivan Levinson, to name a few).

Although the Website is currently only in English (including a collection of humorous mis-translations picked up from around the world), the marketing and copywriting services are offered both in English and Spanish.

"Most of the people whom we are serving," says Mr. Copywriting, "are English speaking business owners who want to reach the ever-increasing Spanish-speaking market.

"Although translating the website into Spanish is on my "To-Do" list, the priority lies in translating and/or creating our customers' materials," continued Mr. Copywriting.

According to the U.S. Census, the Hispanic population in the United States increased 58 percent over the last decade.

Through the Website, people can also access the translation services available for business or individual needs.

"One time, a close friend of mine asked me to translate into English her father's memoirs - the compelling story of his life growing up in Puerto Rico, that touched in the organization of the Teamsters there," said Mr. Copywriting. "He had poured his very life into those typewritten pages, and the content was emotionally charged," he continued. "And the family -who is, for the most part, fully bilingual- wanted an impartial, detached, and expedient translation of the events, so they could be shared at the man's memorial service."

Mr. Copywriting has also provided translation services for Royce Multimedia, ClearVision Technologies, Estancia High School, Perris Elementary School District, and, more recently, the National Neighborhood Watch Institute.
