· WHO   The course will be taught by Steve Brenner, whose many years of experience includes the entire range of climatic testing, including HALT, HASS and long term reliability testing.

· WHY   This course is needed by environmental test engineers and technicians, as well as newly-assigned managers. Designers of products which will receive climatic laboratory testing and which in transport or service will be environmentally stressed, will also benefit.
