LOCAL CHURCH OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO LOVED ONES OF NYC TRAGEDY...
Beyond the Veil Worship Center, in Suitland, Maryland, issues a formal statement of condolence to the loved and friends who suffered personal loss in yesterday's tragedy.
SUITLAND, MD (PRWEB) September 14, 2001 - Beyond the Veil Worship Center offers its sincere condolences to the loved ones and friends of those victims in yesterday's attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
During this time of national sadness, we are offered words of comfort from Rev. Wanda J. Sisco, Senior Pastor and Founder of Beyond the Veil Ministries, who issued the following statement,"Members and friends of Beyond the Veil Worship Center send our condolences to the family and friends of those who have suffered personal loss as a result of yesterday's tragedy in New York City and Virginia. May we all look to our one true source of comfort in these trying times--the LORD Jesus Christ.
As our President so eloquently stated yesterday, this promise is declared in Psalm 23:4,"...though I walk through the valley and the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for you[the LORD]are with me. Your rod and your staff they comfort me." Our prayers are with you. May the peace of God, which passes all understanding, guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Phl. 4:7)."
There are numerous charities now accepting donations on behalf of the victims and their families. Please visit http://www.uwnyc.org for additional information.
