INDIGO TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS ANNOUNCES S-INTEGRATOR[TM] The first Affordable Integration Server and Service Broker for Rapid Integration[TM]

s-integrator is a next generation distributed Web Services Platform for rapidly exposing and developing new and existing Software Services. The s-integrator architecture dramatically reduces the amount of custom code required to realize a new Software Service, so much so that s-integrator was built from Software Services itself. Our White Paper on "Affordable Integration" provides a practical business case for s-integrator. s-integrator is $10,000 per machine and the APPC Adapter is $5,000 for an unlimited number of CPUs.

INDIGO TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS ANNOUNCES S-INTEGRATOR[TM]

The first Affordable Integration Server and Service Broker for Rapid Integration[TM]

SKILLMAN, NJ - September 12, 2001 -- Indigo Technology Partners, Inc. http://www.indigotp.com is
very excited to announce s-integrator, the affordable Rapid Integration and Software Services Platform.
s-integrator is currently running at one of the top three credit card companies in the world processing
over 200,000 vendor Software Service requests per day which in turn call as many mainframe
transactions. s-integrator is also a next generation distributed Web Services Platform for rapidly
exposing and developing new and existing Software Services. The s-integrator architecture
dramatically reduces the amount of custom code required to realize a new Software Service, so much
so that s-integrator was built from Software Services itself. Our White Paper on "Affordable Integration"
provides a practical business case for s-integrator. s-integrator is $10,000 per machine and the
APPC Adapter is $5,000 for an unlimited number of CPUs.

s-integrator
Saves Money
It costs only a fraction of the large integration server offerings.
Saves Time
Develop and integrate Software Services in minutes or hours.
Reduces Risk
Costs are a fraction of current integration server products
The source code is available for purchase.
Increases Revenue
Solution providers and systems integrators now can obtain a rapid, turnkey integration solution
that speeds solution delivery and creates a new revenue source.

s-integrator is well positioned to help integrate the 98% of the Fortune 1,000 companies' applications
residing on mainframes. This configuration of the platform rapidly integrates clients using TCP/IP, HTTP
or SOAP with mainframe transactions using APPC (LU6.2) and supports multiple mainframe security
technologies such as FMH-5 headers and PIP data.

s-integrator creates a compelling solution for realizing a distributed, adaptable enterprise architecture
that creates rapid value with low cost and low risk. s-integrator uses the Software Service as its unit of
work. Software Services can contain logic or simply integrate existing software and systems through
Adapters. Software Services are executed using the s-integrator Transaction, Transformation and
Routing Engines. s-integrator can expose Software Services as Web Services via SOAP, WSDL and
soon UDDI. The s-integrator Adapter Framework caters for the development of custom Client and
Server Adapters that connect to, and allow the reuse of, existing software and systems. Indigo
Technology Partners currently offers an array of adapters to quickly leverage existing software and
systems using open standards such as TCP, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL and JDBC in addition to APPC.
This chart lists adapters and their availability:

Developers use s-integrator to create custom Software Services, Transforms and Service Flows.
Service Flows combine Software Services, Transforms and other Service Flows into a single Software
Service in order to implement process automation.

Our goal is to make s-integrator the choice for rapidly developing and integrating high quality Software
Services. This affordable technology can be leveraged to solve Integration and Software Service
infrastructure challenges. Competing products are many times as expensive, and we believe that
s-integrator is far less complicated and expensive to adopt and operate.
