Gordon Leads Ragan Consulting Group

Chicago, Sept. 14, 2001 -- Gregory L. Gordon, 55, has been named managing director of the Ragan Consulting Group, a Chicago-based corporate internal-communication consultancy firm.

During his more than two decades in the internal communication discipline, Gordon has provided communication counsel and leadership to many corporations. Gordon joined Ragan in 2000 as senior counselor after having served as vice president and senior research executive for the Chicago office of Hughes Research Worldwide, an employee-research firm.

Gordon also has held communication leadership positions at Navistar, ComEd and Ameritech. His professional experience encompasses every aspect of corporate communication and includes research and measurement, employment and recruiting, management training, and change management.

He frequently leads communication workshops and authors articles about strategic communication processes. Gordons academic credentials include B.A. and M.A. degrees in journalism and a law degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
