USA and Club Asia Online, London UK -- September 1, 2001 today announced the launch of Club Asia Online -- a UK based radio station designed to spark the interest in current Asian music around the world. While Asian radio shows exist everywhere, there is no station except Club Asia Online that is specifically dedicated to this genre.

By 2002, there are set to be over 2 million Asians in the UK. There are 650,000 living in the Greater London area, with 400,000 Young London Asians (under 35).
