LITE KING CORPORATION (OTCBB: LKNG) RACES TO DOMINATE GOLDEN MILE OF COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY

The race is on! Lite King Corporation aggressively attempting to be the first national player in the golden mile of the communications industry's installation market.

CHICAGO - JAN. 3, 2002 - Lite King Corporation (OTCBB:LKNG) announced previously in early December 2001 its plans to aggressively expand its locations and on Dec. 28, 2001 announced its first nationwide contract to install security systems, expanding its mix of installation services.

Lite King's expansion announcements may be only the beginning of the cable installation industry's consolidation. If Lite King is successful in winning the race to be the first publicly held communications installation company to offer nationwide services, its shareholders may end up being the real winners of that race.

STANDARD & POOR'S ANALYSTS SEEM TO AGREE

It's been all over the news in recent months that the nation's backbone construction of communications lines are coming to an end. But someone forgot to connect the buildings!

According to Standard & Poor's Industry Survey, Computers: Networking, there were only thirteen companies in that Industry Group that installed cable out of 92 companies in that Group.

The interesting aspect of that S&P Survey is that of all those companies that provided cable installation services, none of them did that as its core business. They sold equipment and had some installation services to fulfill those equipment sales.

Lite King Corporation (OTCBB: LKNG) may be one of the first publicly held companies whose core business is in the fastest growing segment of the communications industry; last-mile cable plant design and installation. A market analysts are predicting will grow 30% or more a year over the next five years.

Will Lite King be first? Will its shareholders benefit if the market is as fragmented as Lite King claims it to be?

INDUSTRY FRAGMENTED WITH NO DOMINANT NATIONAL PLAYER

According to an article in Cabling Installation and Maintenance Magazine, "Where there was once a multitude of smaller, entrepreneurial companies all competing on the same playing field, there is now a methodical movement to consolidate the industry."

That article went on to state, "Two key characteristics of today's cabling-installation market have suggested imminent change. Those characteristics are the markets highly fragmented structure and the fact that currently there is no dominant national player."

CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS FRAGMENTED MARKET CLAIMS

According to the National Electrical Contractors Association there are 70,000 contracting firms with over 650,000 employees with sales in 1999 alone of over $65 billion and growing.

Lite King's move to consolidate the cable installation industry by expanding nationally may prove to support analysts and the cable industry's claim that there is no dominant national player. If Lite King wins that race, its shareholders are the one's who could see the "Golden Mile". With Lite King's customer base comprised mainly of Fortune 500 customers and its expansion into an exploding market sector (security systems) that broadens its mix of installation services they may prove to be the one that actually wins that race.
