Strategy Construction Company, Inc. has turned to a narrow market area and placed itself in the groove for long-term success. Prior to January 2001, Tom Nunn, President and licensed electrical contractor, owned and operated Building Maintenance Services, a classic electrical contracting firm. Over the 31 years in the electrical trade, Mr. Nunn observed a rapid decline in the quality and availability of skilled electricians.

To fix this problem, Nunn set out to form a business team of managers with diverse skill sets. Mr. Nunn knew with his demanding standards and his partner's depth and breadth of business experience, a premier company could be formed to provide electrical contractors high quality help nationwide. Strategy Construction Company was incorporated in late January of 2001 and set out with a vision: "To be the premier provider of skilled electricians". The rest is history.
