Additionally, she is a Microsoft and Cisco certified engineer with years of corporate management experience. She has served as a conflict and dispute mediation specialist in Fortune 100 firms. She is degreed in International Business, Human Resources, and Computer Networking. She is an award winning coach, published writer, and has presented numerous personal growth and conflict resolution seminars.

Jeanne is a warm, approachable Personal and Business Coach with nonprofit and social case management experience. She has consulted for over twelve years in the design and implementation of corporate-wide cooperative and functional team strategies. Jeanne has vast experience in coaching and facilitating multi-functional teams, and is degreed in Business and Human Services.
