January Has Been Declared As Toxic Mold Month By The Clean Air Council.

Say "YES" to The Toxic Mold Protection Act by writing to your Legislator.

January has been declared as Toxic Mold month by The Clean Air Council. Chris Clinton has been working with the Clean Air Council over the last month and has developed a letter that all citizens need to send or e-mail to their local Government officials.

A copy of the letter can be requested by contacting Chris Clinton at toxicmold@worldnet.att.net

The Clean Air Council has sent this letter to over 650 environmental activists.

Please join our crusade.

It is Chris Clinton's hope to contribute in any way to all efforts and stories concerning
toxic mold. His campaign is based upon a real life nightmare that he and his family are presently living.

THE FACTS:

1. Family of 4(2 children ages 3 1/2 and 10 months) did not spend Christmas
in their own home or have they spent a night in their home since July 2001.
The family all suffers from toxic mold exposure related illnesses.

2. Nationwide Mutual Insurance refusing to pay expenses for covered losses.
Limited money paid to date is due to the efforts of our attorney collecting
it!

3. This story was on CBS EyeWitnessNews, in the Philadelphia Inquirer Real Estate Section and the front page of the Intelligencer Record newspaper.

4. US Senators Santorum and Spector notified of "The Toxic Mold Protection
Act" all other US Senators to be notified during January 2002.

5. I have already met with PA Senator Greenleaf and PA State Representative
Kathy Watson.

6. Working with local attorney Jonathan Wheeler as well as California
attorney Alex Robertson. Alex represents Erin Brockovich.

7. Working with The Clean Air Council to campaign to get The Toxic Mold
Protection Act passed Nationwide.

8. I set up a on-line petition website to get the Toxic Mold Protection Act
passed. The site is at http://home.att.net/~toxicmold

9. When our home is finally remediated we will have borrowed over $100,000
from family so we could get back in our home!

10. I will campaign to get the Toxic Mold Protection Act passed no matter
how long it takes or whom ever I need to battle.

Thank you.
