Andrew Bennett, owner of @ Home Computing Solutions in Fayetteville, NC helps home computer users with all manners of computer problems. The catch is that he goes to them.
Following his discharge from active duty in the U.S. Army after a training accident left him partially disabled, Bennett wasn't sure what he would do with the rest of his life.
Following the old adage "Find something you like to do and then figure out a way to get paid for it", Bennett has formed @ Home Computing Solutions.
"We offer a service that is convenient and cost effective for the customer" says Bennett. "They don't need to disconnect their system and haul it to a shop, where they know that the repair bill is going to be high, and in some instances their system won't be ready for at least 2 weeks. I've fixed problems for people that only took about 15 minutes, and there was no charge for it."
@ Home Computing Solutions is currently a home based business for Bennett, but he has developed a web site to provide customers with information and sells home electronics from his "AHCS Online ShopZone." "I haven't been able to quit my day job yet, but prospects are starting to look up," laughs Bennett.
Bennett is currently a Department of the Army civilian employed at Womack Army Medical Center, Ft. Bragg, NC. He can be contacted at 910.257.1005 or through his web site at
