PHILADELPHIA, PA and CHIPPENHAM, U.K. -- January 16, 2002 -- CDC Solutions Ltd. (www.cdcsolutions.com), a global leader in regulatory and enterprise content publishing, today announced record annual revenues which amount to an increase of 49% from the prior year. In addition, CDC Solutions posted record high sales in Q4 2001, with exceptionally strong revenues in Europe.

CDC Solutions has earned consistent growth each year since its inception in 1994 by co-founders Dave Cornwell and Jim Cook. At this time of continuing success, however, the company also announced that Cornwell has decided to leave the company to pursue other business interests. Cornwell will surrender his post as Senior Vice President International Business Development as well as his seat on the companys board of directors. Jim Cook will continue to serve as Chief Technology Officer with the company.

To support its planned growth in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Biotechnology spaces in 2002, CDC Solutions has also announced organisational restructuring in both its European and U.S. offices.

Mark Kesti, formerly Director of Sales & Business Development at Clarkston Group, has been appointed to the position of U.S. Vice President Sales & Marketing in CDCs Conshohocken, PA office. Prior to his position at Clarkston Group, Kesti also served as Vice President of Sales at Skila Corporation.

Paul Moorhead has also joined the CDC Solutions team. Moorhead previously served as Chief Executive Officer at High Alpha Ltd. He assumes the position of Vice President Global Customer Services in CDCs home office in Chippenham, U.K.

CDC Solutions also recruited additional personnel in product marketing in France, Japan, and Germany to accelerate the expansion of the company in global markets
