(NASDAQ: TEAM), a global provider of comprehensive information technology support services, today announced an agreement to offer iPass corporate customers a tailored help desk resource known as "iOQ Live." This new service leverages the innovative iPass Intelligent Online Quality (iOQ) service, a secure and reliable system that monitors and manages the connection experience of corporate customers who access the iPass global network. iOQ Live fulfills an increasing demand for end user technical support for global 1000 corporations, with the convenience of a single point of contact and unified invoice that iPass customers have come to expect.
