"Hiring and promoting the wrong people is costly to business owners and can actually put them out of business," says Steve Wolfe, president of The People Power Company. Wolfe recently became associated with Profiles International, Inc., publishers of assessment tools for businesses that help them allocate their human resources more effectively, improve management and coaching practices, and put the right people in the right jobs.
