With the Standard version, small businesses can now signup and automatically setup their knowledgebase system online. This new, convenient method of provisioning enables a customer to become operational with eZANSWERS within hours of ordering.

The Standard Version of eZANSWERS combines a customized searchable knowledge base and email response management system that allows small companies to interact more effectively with their customers.
