Bridgeport, CT, December 4, 2001-- Computer Resolutions Inc., (CRI), a full-service supplier of computer hardware     products and services, today announced that John Palmieri, the company's chief operating officer, has been promoted to         president. As president and COO, he will report to Carl Palmieri, Chairman, Chief Executive officer and former President     of CRI.
As president, John Palmieri expands his areas of responsibility to include sales, production and finance in addition to         operations. According to Carl Palmieri, "I am very pleased to announce John's promotion to president. His extensive             experience in the industry will greatly contribute to the company's 2002 focus on enterprise systems, WAN products,        systems storage and security." Carl Palmieri will continue to oversee CRI's business development activities.
Since joining CRI in 1992, John Palmieri has held various sales management and information systems management        positions. Prior to CRI, he served four years in the Navy and is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
