RON LASALLE TEAMS WITH JEFF DANIELS AND ALTO REED FOR NEW SOUNDTRACK

Little Record leads to super break

NASHVILLE, TN -- Ph-Q Records announced today that critically acclaimed soulful roots rocker, Ron LaSalle, will be featured in Jeff Daniels new film "Super Sucker." LaSalle will be performing two of the three songs he wrote with Jeff Daniels and Bob Seger sax man, Alto Reed.
Super Sucker is a hilarious tale about vacuum cleaner salesmen in a small town. It is produced through Daniels own Purple Rose Films The film will make its world premier on February 23rd and is Daniels second film through Purple Rose.
Reed who was tapped to gather music for Super Sucker, invited LaSalle to work on new songs for the film, after hearing LaSalle's CD "Too Angry To Pray".
Too Angry To Pray which was released in February of 2001 , has enjoyed considerable success ending up on multiple year - end top 20 lists and selling steadily through LaSalle's website www. ronlasalle.com.

Meanwhile LaSalle is busy in the studio working on his follow up Cd for Ph-Q tentively titled Changin Horses" and a two-disc set of live performances recorded over the last twenty years.
