New "Top 25" List: The Hottest Celebs Who Cheered Featured in American Cheerleader® Magazine
Among over 40 candidates, American Cheerleader readers selected the 25 hottest celebrities who've been cheerleaders, including Sandra Bullock, Kirsten Dunst and Madonna.
New York, NY. What do Sandra Bullock, Kirsten Dunst and Madonna have in common? Before they were breaking movie and music industry records, they could be seen on the sidelines singing the praises of their high school football team!
The premier magazine-and unofficial bible"-for the millions of young people who cheer, American Cheerleader® has unveiled its special February 2002 anniversary issue with a tribute to Hollywoods finest whose resumes start with cheerleading.
Polled on the magazines busy website, americancheerleader.com, readers ranked over 40 candidates for their Top 25 honors. The top 7 spots on this unique roundup are: Dunst, 7th Heaven" star Beverley Mitchell, Bullock, Reese Witherspoon, cheerleader-in-a-bottle" Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson and Mandy Moore. Some of the 15 also-rans who still get their due in the special issue include former spiritleaders Kim Basinger, Reba MacIntyre and Susan Lucci. Facts and photos of all the celebrities along with some never-before-seen cheer pix (and cheer highlights!) can be found in the issue.
This anniversary edition of the magazine also features a one-of-a-kind auction to benefit victims of the September 11th attack. American Cheerleader® magazine asked cheerleading uniform companies to design exclusive uniforms with a patriotic red, white and blue theme. Eight designs are pictured in the issue, with a total of ten uniforms up for auction through the magazines website and can be viewed starting February 1 by clicking on United We Cheer. Bidding lasts from February 5-15.
