With this new relationship, Holland Community Hospital will utilize Cyborgs best-in-class HR software product, The Solution Series/ST®, for its payroll, HR and benefits requirements, the sophisticated business intelligence tools of The Reporting Solution® and the employee self-service features of The ESS Solution.

Cyborgs products will help the HR department improve efficiencies as the community hospital continues to grow. Currently, Holland Community Hospital has 1,500 employees who work closely with other health and service organizations, employers and community residents to provide necessary and cost-effective services and technologies.

Holland Community Hospital representatives had been using a HRMS application from another software provider and recently determined that they required a fully integrated solution to help them achieve their objectives. Attracted to the functionality and navigation features of The Solution Series/ST, as well as its event manager and checklist capabilities, they decided Cyborg Systems would provide the capabilities they required and were eager to begin implementing the system.
