Watsonville area Businesses Request Additional Assistance: Mastering QuickBooks Seminars Added

Watsonville, California- January 29, 2002- Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, is adding additional Mastering QuickBooks seminars as a result of local area business response. The additional classes will be held on February 9th, 21st, and 22nd.

We were surprised and excited by the response to our Mastering QuickBooks seminars," said Shannon Pacheco of Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP. Area businesses seem to reflect a trend towards creating efficiencies in bookkeeping and accounting", said Pacheco. We are adding additional seminars based on the enrollment and feedback from seminar attendees. Additional Mastering QuickBooks seminars will be held on February 9th, 21st and 22nd, in two sessions. Session One, 9:00 am -- 12:00 pm, will include; introduction to QuickBooks, Company File Set-up and maintenance, Understanding how to use Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Setting up revenue and expenses, reports and graphs. Session Two, 1:00 pm -- 4:00 pm will include; Setting up inventory accounts and items, setting up Payroll, reimbursable expenses, 1099s, adjustments and year-end procedures and reports.

The seminar will be held at 17 Aspen Way, Watsonville. Those interested in participating in the Mastering QuickBooks seminar must first register. Space is limited and participation in the seminar is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a $75 per session registration fee. Seating is limited.
