New Approach to Personal Information Management -- Art Plus EasyNoter

Market research shows that users are interested in getting the job done as simple as possible. While they do appreciate feature rich application they cherish ease of use the most. Instead of building another complicated PIM (Personal Information Manager / Organizer), Art Plus shifted its interest towards creating the most user-friendly program on the market.

(PRWEB) February 2, 2002 -- For years, personal information management and organization was a battlefield for software giants that were adding more and more functionality to their programs, giving bigger and better bang for the users bucks. It almost looked like there is no room for an improvement, even less one that could be offered by a smaller software publisher.

Still, we at Art Plus decided to give it a shot! We believed that there is a gap between functionality offered by popular PIMs (like Lotus Organizer, Act or Outlook) and the actual needs of potential PIM users. We decided to try filling in the gap with a new product -- Art Plus EasyNoter!

The idea behind EasyNoter was to make personal information management as simple as possible through intuitive, user-friendly design and just as much functionality as may be needed by an average user. Judging by received feedback, we implemented the idea successfully!

EasyNoter resembles a real-world organizer encased in a "leather" cover with built-in "LCD" clock that also displays the date. Not only it looks beautiful, it's also as simple to use as its "paper" predecessors. Within five sections of the program you can jot down notes (Notes section), addresses (Address section), daily duties (Diary), photographs (Photo Album) or pop up reminders (Reminder section). Latest release, EasyNoter 3.5 is bringing OLE embedding and linking capability so you can add documents, links and images to your notes.

Potential users of EasyNoter include small business / home business owners and students. However, due to its intuitive user interface, the program is appealing to much wider audience.

EasyNoter will run under Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/NT 4.0. It requires 10MB of disk space.
