Flowlogic Corporation today announced SurveyLogic, its web-based employee performance appraisal system. SurveyLogic provides both 360-degree employee performance reviews as well as a variety of other organizational surveys.

SurveyLogic can scale up to any size enterprise and be delivered in a cost-efficient ASP model, through FlowLogic's BizLogic.net subsidiary or through a competitively priced installation on-site at the client location.

The number of survey questions per category as well as the scale for survey questions is completely customizable. In addition to choosing employees as raters, survey respondent's are able to select external individuals as raters. As required, supervisors can be given the opportunity to approve or disapprove selected raters. SurveyLogic can be configured to permit employees to choose their raters from the entire population of employees.

Security and Confidentiality. Given the sensitive nature of the employee information, SurveyLogic provides controlled access and protection of confidentiality. Firstly, Login ID and Password control protect access to the system. Secondly, the system also implements role-based and workgroup-based access rights to further ensure secure and controlled access. Access to any information can be further controlled at the document, folder, individual, group and process levels. Once again, the anonymity of those submitting records is assured.

Comments by Reviewers. SurveyLogic includes compatible space to support written comments. As a minimum, 2000 characters per field is supported. For convenience to reviewers and to increase performance of the system, FlowLogic supports the attachment of entire documents that can be added to the survey record.

Survey Administration Aids. SurveyLogic system implementation includes a built-in email event rule "tickler" feature that automatically enforces all scheduled due dates and events based on rules specific to the survey. The email tickler will also be used to provide real-time status as to current/pending tasks, missed deadlines, approval status, etc.

Reporting. An extensive suite of reports, both graphical and textual, is provided. In addition, real time statistics and metrics are captured for conduct of the survey itself. SurveyLogic reports can be printed in hard copy, saved as a file, or attached or embedded to other documents.
