PHOENIX, Ariz -- Quality Care Solutions, Inc., (QCSI), a leading provider of information technology software and services for healthcare payers, announced today that two Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) health plans have signed long-term contracts with QCSI to license QCSIs comprehensive healthcare administration system, QMACS®.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) is a 60-year-old health plan with more than 288,000 members and 140,000 Medicare beneficiaries. At BCBSMT, we are committed to providing our customers with quality healthcare coverage and services they can afford. QCSI will assist us in our efforts to control the rising cost of healthcare by helping us to maximize our efficiency in processing claims for our customers," says Peter Babin, president and CEO of BCBSMT.

Cisco, Senior Vice President, HMSA.
Our experience with BCBS plans demonstrates that QCSI can rapidly and successfully implement complex health plan solutions that require heavy transaction volumes, meet regulatory requirements and accommodate multiple lines of business," says Gregory S.
