Productions and martial arts Grandmaster Able Villareal release
"Hijacking: Planes, Trains and Buses," the first in the "Surviving
Terrorism" video series designed to provide Americans the knowledge necessary to properly defend themselves against attacks by terrorists.

"Hijacking" deals specifically with defense against knife and gun attacks within the confined spaces found in most mass transit vehicles.

The video contains real-life scenarios showing how attacks can happen. Classroom instructions, complete with close-ups views, help demonstrate techniques that are simple yet effective and can be performed by virtually anyone regardless of size or strength.

Grandmaster Villareal has been involved in the martial arts for
more than 35 years. He first trained under General Choi, the founder
of Tae Kwon Do, while stationed in Korea where he was part of the U.S. Special Forces and continued later in Vietnam. Grandmaster Villareal was the World's Super Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion and successfully defended his title 33 times, all by knockout. His schools have produced more kickboxing champions than any other in the world.
