HONOLULU, February 4, 2002 -- Hawaii Opportunities Group LLC announced today the launch of Hawaiis first private multi-industry business incubator. Located at 1132 Bishop Street, Honolulu's Connected Office Building, "The Greenhouse" is at the core of a planned multi-year marketing strategy between Hawaii Opportunities Group and the Building.

Scheduled to open its doors in March 2002 -- a full two quarters ahead of schedule -- the inauguration of "The Greenhouse" marks an important milestone for Hawaii Opportunities Group. Since its inception in October 2000, Hawaii Opportunities Group has provided its clients with professional business development and management services. The Group is now positioned to expand its product and service offerings to include flexible office space, bundled communications, knowledge management, and back office e-tools. Hawaii Opportunities Group, in conjunction with partner, Dimensia Software, Inc will also offer residents preferred access to the services of Manticore LLC, a provider of custom software with offshore development centers in China, India and South Africa.

New incubator residents will receive a rent-free introductory period, business model reviews, and assistance in redrafting strategic plans and business development documents. Ongoing assistance will be provided through up to 6 hours of professional services each month, as well as seminars and workshops.
