• Dynamic Report Generator allows managers to create unique reports on top of the pre-installed reports so that they can get the precise information they need at any time. The Dynamic Report Generator runs on Crystal Reports so all the reports are easy to read and include functionalities such as the ability to print and export to another program.
• Knowledge Base Manager now includes improved flexibility for managing FAQs and solutions both internally and on the Web.
• Administration Module now allows the Administer of the application to quickly, and easily manage Email Notifications, Escalations, Fields, Forms, Documents, and the Workflow of the service requests from one central location within the application.
