San Jose, CA -- February 6, 2002 -- Media Fusion released Sekaiju version 1.5 in December, 2001 for the Japanese market. Sekaiju version 1.5 now supports Windows and Linux platforms with key standard features like:
-High-speed query search with XPath
-Support for Well-formed XML documents
-Complete support for two-byte characters including Japanese

The product version of Sekaiju is currently not available in the USA, however, the US and the worldwide customers can receive FREE Sekaiju 1.0 Trial CD-ROM. In addition, for the Spring of 2002, they plan to release Sekaiju 1.5 Enterprise version available on Microsoft Windows, Linux, and the Solaris platforms for large-scale enterprise systems. Of course, some giga byte XML documents will be query searched on Enterprise versions while query search resulting coequal performance. The key features of 1.5 Enterprise will include:
-Relax NG schema support for simple document validation
-Oracle/RDB support for seamless query search
-Non-stop Backup
-More powerful XPath query search
-More accurate transaction management
