Atlanta, GA -- February 6, 2002: Noble Systems Corporation, a global provider of contact automation technology, announced the latest release of its Dynamic Center Manager (ATOMS DCM) module for the award-winning ATOMS® contact center technology solution suite. ATOMS DCM version 4.1 provides the keys to creating a proactive environment, increasing center productivity, controlling system activity and monitoring organizational performance.
The point from which users direct and monitor inbound and outbound contacts, ATOMS Dynamic Center Manager is the command center for accessing the power and flexibility of the ATOMS communication and telephony server. With ATOMS DCM, managers can efficiently oversee the setup and management of contact center applications, providing maximum connect time and effortless coordination of operations. ATOMS DCM allows users to manage phone lines, maintain lists, administer agent stations and oversee system functions such as dialing, call progression, switching, call pacing, and performance.
Features of the new release include an interface to the ATOMS DCB core element for campaign development; integration with the ATOMS 'Bonus Alerts and 'Desktop Televiewer features for agent communications; Quota setup and control; alternate dial setup for multiple phone numbers per contact; and enhanced functions for screen navigation, IVR statistics reporting and zip code and time zone maintenance. In addition, Noble Systems now provides the ability for Perl programmers to access the ATOMIX database from a Perl script via a Perl Database Interface (DBI) API.
The ATOMS® contact center automation software solution from Noble Systems delivers powerful features for managing inbound and outbound communications. Clients can customize the system by selecting from a variety of options to meet their contact center needs. The full spectrum of the ATOMS suite combines a blended contact management platform for phone calls, emails and web-based contacts with advanced reporting, list management and personnel administration tools to provide a completely integrated multi-media communications solution.
Noble Systems has a history of providing powerful tools for campaign administration and contact center management," said Jim Noble, Jr., President & CEO of Noble Systems Corporation. This new version of ATOMS DCM further extends the systems ability to control customized applications and maximize center resources through a user-friendly, intuitive interface.
