Hong Kong, 5 February 2002 -- Rolling Pin Asia, the only publication in the region focused on the hospitality job market, has launched a sleek, easy-to-use Web site at www.rollingpinasia.com. The new site gives guests a sampling of the top stories and job listings from the monthly magazine and makes it easy to subscribe and advertise.
The Web site went online on the same day that Rolling Pin Asia introduced its inaugural (February) issue to hospitality industry members and the media at a party in Hong Kong. The magazine is published monthly by NexC, the global hospitality network, and distributed in 35 countries throughout the region. Rolling Pin Asia and its online counterpart provide an unmatched platform for interaction among professionals at all levels.
The new site allows job seekers, advertisers, suppliers and anyone else interested in the hospitality sector to stay abreast of current issues and job vacancies with a few clicks of a mouse. A list of new jobs is uploaded to the Web site each month, one week after its publication in the magazine.
Our new Web site will make it easier to bring our message to hospitality professionals around the region and the world," said Rolling Pin Asia Publisher Alois Paier. We are in the business of networking and this is another important step for us following the successful launch of the magazine."
Rollingpinasia.com gives visitors the opportunity to subscribe to the magazine by simply filling out a short online form. Advertisers who want to reach a high value niche market of hoteliers, food and beverage managers, executive chefs, suppliers, travel agents, cruise personnel and airline professionals across the region -- the readers of the magazine -- can easily download the subscription form from the site. The specifications for advertisements and classifieds are also placed on the site.
The Web site, designed and operated by NexC, also outlines the vision of the magazine and the team behind it; and features the editorial calendar for the year.
