Abel Solutions to Boost Capabilities of
Largest ACH Software Vendor in the U.S. Community Bank Market

Atlanta (04 February 2001) - - Abel Solutions, Inc. has been retained by Goldleaf Technologies, Inc. to enhance their Automated Clearing House (ACH") solution utilizing Microsofts .NET technology. Abel Solutions expects to capitalize on this strategic opportunity by positioning the company for similar mission critical software projects with .NET at the core.

The ACH system designed by Abel Solutions will have a very broad reach, extending to over 1,000 community and regional banks / financial institutions around the country, and will provide a custom-branded interface for each institution. These banks will allow approximately 10,000 customers to originate ACH transactions in the system.

The system will be built using Microsoft.NET technology. Microsoft® .NET, scheduled for release on February 13, provides a fully managed, protected, and feature-rich application execution environment, simplified development and deployment, and seamless integration with a wide variety of languages.
