Align Communications, Inc., a global information technology project management firm, recently announced several additions to our staff in the areas of network infrastructure, telecommunications design and technology relocation. Greg Collins has been appointed to the position of Director of Emerging Technology; Thomas Salinardo and has joined Align Communications as Senior Project Manager, specializing in Technology Relocations; Jack Funchion has joined Align Communications as a Senior Project Manager specializing in Network Integration Services; and most recently, Frank J. Segarra was hired as Sales Manager.

Greg Collins -- Director of Emerging Technologies: Greg Collins joined Align Communications as a telecommunications consultant specializing in emerging technologies. Previously, Collins spent nine years at IPC -- a trading floor telecommunications vendor, two years with a leading data equipment vendor and twelve years with a major international network provider. As the lead systems engineer for major trading floor voice installations in the UK, he has previously worked with such world-renowned companies as Barclays Capital Management, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, and recently completed a next-generation trading technology project in the US with Bear Stearns. Collins attended DeMontfort University in Leicester, England where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.

Tom Salinardo -- Senior Project Manager: With more than 19 years experience in the Technology Relocation industry, Thomas Salinardo has previously worked as a Senior Project Manager for Reuters America and has managed IT relocations, and infrastructure designs and upgrades for such companies as Citibank, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Paine Webber. Salinardo is responsible for leading teams of technical and design resources for many of Align Communications largest consulting engagements. Salinardo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jersey City State College in Jersey City, NJ.

Jack Funchion -- Senior Project Manager: Jack Funchion is an accomplished technology consultant with more than 15 years experience in the areas of project management, network design and implementation. Most recently Funchion was a Manager of Technology Management for Answerthink, Inc., a business consulting and systems integration firm for Fortune 1000 companies. Other recent engagements include Entex Information Services where Funchion served as Senior Network Consultant and Instinet, where he was the Director of Network Management Systems. Funchion earned a Bachelor of Science degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.

Frank Segarra -- Sales Manager: Frank J. Segarra has both hands-on and technical expertise in network integration, application development, knowledge management and ERP, CRM and Enterprise Portal software applications. He received accreditation in 1997 as a Certified Technology Specialist, and was certified in 1999 for facilities and systems design from the International Communications Industry Association (ICIA). Segarra is also certified in the principles of systems integration from the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA). Prior to joining Align Communications, Segarra served as Senior Account Manager at MCSi in Storrs, CT and held the position of Business Development Marketing Manager at Donnelly and Moore, IT Staffing. As Sales Manager at Align Communications, Segarra will focus on enhancing client service relationships and delivering comprehensive solutions in the Network Integration Services division. Segarra holds a BA from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Marketing.
