Fastest CD Duplicator in the word.

Often enough, CD Duplicator manufactures calculate the copying rate of their CD duplicator incorrectly. They omit the loading time. For instant, with 20 drives system at 24X. They would calculate roughly base on below formula with full 650MB CD:

Time per Round = 80:00 / 22.6 (Writing Speed) = 3:30 min per round

This means the above system would crank-out in an hour is: 60 min / 3:30 min x 20 drives= 342

But what about the loading time? Each of the CD needs about 10 sec of loading (Open, put a Blank CD and then close) then 20 drives, loading time would be 200 sec. There goes 3:20 min, therefore the rate should be:

Time per Round = 3:30 min + 3:20 min = 6:50 min, therefore in one hour above system can run 8.8 app rounds, the result should be:

20 drives x 8.8/hr = 176 (app) or equivalent of 94% over rated.

Our Ultra2CD Dup operates entirely asynchronous mode. A whole brand new technique to insure our CD duplicator is the fastest and most efficient duplcaiuor in the world.

Just imagine there are 20 drives run independently, each drive will start recording process as soon as the tray closes with a blank media. Since it only takes 3:30 min to burn a full
