Anite Calculus broadens its offering with CRM capability
Billing systems supplier Anite Calculus has formed a strategic partnership with CRM vendor eWare to provide a wider service offering and exploit common markets and opportunities between the two companies.
This is the first partnership that Anite Calculus has made with a CRM vendor and demonstrates the importance of the convergence between all aspects of customer management, from marketing through to billing.
eWares CRM solution is provided over a web-based platform -- a significant point of difference between it and other players in the market. Gerry Carr, corporate marketing manager for eWare explains, We formed this partnership because there are a number of real and current business opportunities between ourselves and Anite Calculus.
