Andrew Trader Joins RepeatWeb Advisory Board

Business Advisor Brings Startup Business Experience to RepeatWeb.

AUSTIN, TX - 2/13/2002 - RepeatWeb, Inc. today announced the appointment of Andrew Trader to the company's Advisor Board.

Andrew Trader currently works with Sherwood Partners, Inc., a business advisory and consulting firm specializing in crisis management, corporate restructuring, interim management, strategic planning, strategic partnerships, corporate finance, and efficiency integration.

Mr. Trader is a co-founder of Coremetrics, a leading web services provider of marketing analytics solutions. While with the company, he led the development of corporate, sales, customer service, and marketing strategies. He also initiated and closed major business development deals and client accounts. He raised $50 million from top-tier venture firms including Accel Partners, Highland Capital, General Catalyst, and Garage Technology Ventures.

Mr. Traders extensive experience in the startup technology arena also includes product management and competitive strategy for Pandesic, the Internet company from Intel and SAP.

Prior to Coremetrics and Pandesic, he served as a management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Trader led process-reengineering teams at Fortune 50 clients with E&Ys Performance Improvement Group. He also conducted financial analysis for the Corporate Finance group, completing two acquisitions.

Mr. Trader has an MBA and BSE from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Trader will provide the RepeatWeb executive team with strategic guidance as well as business development and sales advice.
