The most notable enhancements to the base product are the introduction of more advanced yet simplified program controls, and the Online Registration module, which was a program option until this latest release. The enhanced program controls make Program Administrators jobs easier by providing them with various management tools in an easy to navigate format. Online Registration allows program participants to self-register, alleviating a potentially substantial amount of data entry. Since many clients purchased this option for their programs, incentivecity chose to make the option a part of its standard product offering.
