Nye Countys Sheriffs Office awards AVeL-TECH a contract for its mobile application, automatic vehicle location and message switch. Last year, the Nye County Sheriffs Office deployed AVeL-CAD, AVeL-TECHs Computer-Aided Dispatch system. Among various functionalities, it provided an interface to the Nevada LemsLink law enforcement message switch server in Carson City. This time, Nye County has selected MobiCAD (vehicular application), AVeL-NET BASE (automatic vehicle location) and RadioGATE (message switch). With these additions, the Nye County Sheriffs office will extend CAD and NCIC to the field and benefit from AVeL-TECHs full product suite, thus optimizing the efficiency of their operations.
