ACDT Results of European Meetings

Result of European Meetings and expectations of marketplace in Europe

1/17/2002 10:01:00 AM

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Jan. 17

Through a previously announced exclusive agreement, Accident Prevention Pus, Inc. (ACDT) has been involved in discussions with the European Markets and anticipates up to 4 million Smartcards to be used in Europe annually. An initial order of 400,000 Smartcards is expected for the month of February from two countries, which have expressed their interest in implementing the system nationwide.

At $15 per card, Accident Prevention Plus estimates the European Market will provide the Company revenues up to $60 million annually on their Smartcard product alone.

Based on recently issued mandates in Europe and under the assumption that the Smartcard continues to operate successfully, a five-year commitment is expected from countries involved.

In addition to the processing/analysis chain that is made of the detailed analysis and the history analysis, the AP+ Series provides the capabilities to run a quick analysis of the data recorded on the smart card allocated to each individual driver. Also, with the use of the smart card, you may set limitations for your vehicles and drivers.
