ANDREW WAHLQUIST JOINS AS PRINCIPAL AT CAPITOLINE COMMUNICATIONS

Andrew Wahlquist, former vice president of business development for Kellstrom Industries in Sunrise, Florida and, prior to that, vice president of Greenwich Air Services in Miami, Florida, has joined Alcalde & Fay as a Partner. Mr. Wahlquist will also be a Principal at Capitoline Communications, an Alcalde & Fay company. Mr. Wahlquist is the former administrative assistate to Senator John Warner of Virginia.

Arlington, Va. - Capitoline Communications, an Alcalde & Fay company,
announced today that Mr. Andrew Wahlquist has returned to Alcalde & Fay
and joins Capitoline Communications as a principal.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wahlquist served as vice president of business
development for Kellstrom Industries in Sunrise, Florida and, previously, as
vice president of Greenwich Air Services in Miami, Florida where he directed
the firm's US and foreign military/government programs and business
development as well as its government and public relations departments.

During his career, Mr. Wahlquist has held senior leadership positions in The
White House, The American Revolution Bicentennial Administration, and the
Department of the Interior. He served as administrative assistant to United
States Senator John Warner of Virginia from 1979 - 1986, when he left to
become a partner at Alcalde & Fay. He spent 9 years in that position.
Wahlquist has held a number of campaign, board and commission positions.

Wahlquist is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and
the Society of Professional Journalists.
