This knowledge known will allow a female to know the length of her monthly cycle, predict her menstrual period each month, and predict the seven day window of fertility each month. By knowing how to predict the seven day window of fertility each month a female will be able to exercise her first choice of whether to get pregnant or not. This is a healthy, primary choice born on knowledge, which eliminates the need to make a secondary choice, like what to do after you get pregnant.
The female body must be observed over a period of time and charted. Its like keeping score on a score card. After a six month period of observation and charting the person is then able to recognize patterns that can easily be overlooked because of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. These patterns understood allow for scientific predictions to be made.
