Flexitallic Group, Inc. announces sale of Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket, Inc subsidiary.

FEBRUARY 14, 2002 HOUSTON - The Flexitallic Group, Inc. announced that it has sold a subsidiary, Dan-Loc Bolt & Gasket, Inc., in an asset sale. The purchaser was Freestone Partners, LLC, a Houston-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Russell Ginn, Chairman, President and CEO of The Flexitallic Group, remarked Dan-Loc is a fine company and will continue to serve its customers well. Flexitallic continues to build its business of manufacturing and selling a broad line of high-quality, high-value industrial sealing products to customers worldwide. Flexitallic has entered into an Alliance Agreement with the new Dan-Loc in order to continue close cooperation in the future between the two groups."
