State Securities expands commercial mortgage team

State Securities has appointed two new staff in response to growing demand for its commercial mortgage for credit-impaired customers.

Stuart Skinner will be responsible for developing new business and supporting the broker market in Southern England and Eddie Graham will be covering the midlands and north of England and Wales.

Martin Thurlby, Commercial Mortgages Manager, said, Im delighted to be heading up this exciting expanding team. Eddie and Stuarts appointments will help State Securities become a significant player in the commercial mortgage market."

Eddie said, Im looking forward to building on my previous sales experience and am committed to helping finance brokers get a better deal for their business customers."

Stuart said, We have seen strong interest from brokers in our commercial mortgage product for credit impaired customers. It's not something that has been readily available before."
