OEM Agreement Targets Mobile Operators Looking to Rapidly Build and Deploy Data and Voice Applications

Cannes, France, February 20, 2002 -- Covigo, Inc., the emerging leader in multi-channel application platforms, and CMG Wireless Data Solutions, the leading global supplier of messaging, mobile Internet and customer care & billing solutions for the wireless industry, today announced at 3GSMWorld 2002 that CMG Wireless Data Solutions and Covigo have signed an OEM agreement. The agreement allows CMG Wireless Data Solutions to embed the Covigo multi-channel application platform into CMGs Wireless Service Broker product suite.

In addition to the OEM agreement, CMG will resell Covigos products to operators for use in wireless data, messaging and J2ME applications in conjunction with CMGs wide range of software products. Covigo will train CMG engineers and system integration consultants on the Covigo multi-channel application platform.
