SAQQARA Selects Curtis Fletcher as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Management

Curtis Fletcher brings more than a decade of e-commerce experience to SAQQARA. He will help boost the company's buy-side procurement successes.

SAN JOSE, CA., February 11, 2002 -- SAQQARA® Systems, Inc., a provider of product content management software and services with more than 70 customers worldwide, today announced the appointment of Curtis Fletcher as Vice President of Product Management and Chief Technology Officer. Fletcher brings more than a decade of e-commerce strategy and implementation experience to SAQQARA.

SAQQARA established its reputation with both sell and buy-side technology that enables customers to consolidate, edit, transform and publish product information, allowing suppliers to effectively engage with customers and channel partners and see revenue results," said Fletcher. Fletcher most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Chief Technology Officer at managed commerce solution provider SupplyAccess. While at SupplyAccess, Fletcher crafted and delivered on the companys primary mission to provide managed catalog content services for companies invested in procurement applications.

Prior to SupplyAccess, Fletcher worked at Ariba, Inc. as an e-Business Strategist where he was involved with helping Fortune 500 companies build out their e-commerce initiatives. Prior to Ariba, Fletcher was at Corporate Express, Inc., where he served as both an e-Commerce Analyst and as Director of Marketing for e-Commerce. At both Ariba and Corporate Express, Fletcher worked directly with customers, creating product solutions that met their goals and overall e-business objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Combined Sciences from Santa Clara University.
