Oncontact Software Adds Innovative Telephony Features to CRM Suite

CEDARBURG, WI, February 26, 2002 -- Oncontact Software Corporation, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software for the mid-market, today announced that their Client Management Software (CMS) now fully addresses a business communications needs. By integrating with TeleVantage, the award-winning software-based phone system from Artisoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASFT - news), users are now able to extend their solution that automates the sales, marketing and service areas of an organization to include a robust, full-featured telephone system.

Oncontact Software has always offered customers the option to easily combine its CRM suite with any TAPI-compliant telephony system. By integrating with TeleVantage 4.0, Oncontact Software customers are now equipped with advanced telephone features built right into their CRM solution. The functionality is available from the first day Oncontact Software customers launch their CRM system.

The native integration fully automates telephone-related tasks within CMS. Users now have full access to all TeleVantage features, including voicemail, auto attendant, intelligent call management, comprehensive messaging and graphical desktop call control. Users can dial any contact in the system with a simple point and click. TeleVantage 4.0 also identifies contacts within CMS and automatically launches the appropriate screen, providing the caller with instant access to the contact's record.
