Though there are a handful or companies producing custom digital wall covering there is one company that was producing while others were just thinking of the idea. In 1997, before most companies had even thought of producing digital wall covering, Sean Howard had already successfully installed his first batch of wall covering.

Having an extra two or three years more production experience than the competition as well as having five years experience as an installer has given Sean extreme advantage. His wall coverings are uniquely different in that they don't rely on plastic laminates to seal the inks in the paper. Sean developed a proprietary process that relies upon liquid U.V. sealers that bond the inks to the paper allowing the paper. It is this process that give Sean's wall coverings the look and feel of conventionally printed wall coverings. This process also makes his wall coverings easy to install.
