Prima's Management Team is comprised of experts and practitioners in a wide range of high-tech markets. Mr. Simon joins the team as Vice President of Business Development, bringing with him 18 years of experience creating high tech hardware and software solutions for companies within the energy, hospitality, medical, retail, and hotel/resort industries.

Mr. Simon was raised in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. An entrepreneur at heart, his passion for creating and developing businesses solutions, along with his athletic ability led him to attend Texas Tech University. While a freshman at Texas Tech University opportunities opened up that allowed the entrepreneur spirited Simon to develop and build his first startup company in 1983.

Mr. Simon founder of Paradigm, a business development firm, provides guidance and innovative business consulting services to clients, enabling them to exceed current business objectives and enhance long-term goals. Within the energy field, Mr. Simon has worked with the C-class executive teams to leverage new technology for real-time decision making processes with final implementations of such solutions falling within the Information and Industrial Technology (IT) departments of many oil & gas, and utility companies. Mr. Simon currently resides in San Luis Obispo, California. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering his time as a guest lecturer for Universities and civic groups around the country. Furthering his own education, Mr. Simon will soon be receiving his MBA and will be working towards his Doctorate from Madison University. He also orchestrates and provides training for technology engineers on sales and marketing skills along with public speaking techniques.
