Author Offers A Daily Word from God"

ISELIN-NEW JERSEY - Psalm 146 advises readers to Praise the Lord...for He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The Lord sets prisoners free, the Lord gives sight to the blind, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down, the Lord loves the righteous. The Lord watches over the alien and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked."

Author Helen V. Alexander recognizes Gods might and shares her words of wisdom in her new book A Daily Word from God. A devotional book filled with compelling spiritual passages, Alexander believes that this book will, lift up the bowed down head, make the sad rejoice, and the glad of heart will be encouraged to fight the good fight of faith."

Alexander herself was granted a miracle in 1971 when before the birth of her son, the doctors diagnosed her with a disease that was potentially fatal to both her and the child. But, To God be the Glory, through prayer, both of them survived!" Then in 1980, God exposed to Alexander the mysteries of the Biblical book of Revelations. As a result, she was inspired to write a musical play entitled, Raptured/Left Behind, which was performed for twelve years straight.

Powerful, poignant, and thought provoking, A Daily Word from God effectively and eloquently captures one womans passion for faith. In the words of the author, Everyone needs to hear and read something positive."
