COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (February 26, 2002) - Scoutwest, Inc., a developer of project management software, today announced that it has made public a new defect and issue management product named Standard Issue to strengthen its lineup of products.

Standard Issue represents a rethink of defect tracking, and is targeted at companies that have not traditionally used project management tools.
