The Octagon 2000 is a 2-in-1 machine that allows you to complete your whole workout with just one piece of equipment, all from the comfort of your own home! It will give you both an aerobic workout as well as the strength training necessary for a healthy body.

The Octagon 2000 is a revolutionary piece of equipment that features adjustable bars and pads for a very effective cardio boxing or kickboxing workout. A 3foot vertical bar is attached to a large base which is inlaid with foam rubber for ankle and hip joint support. The bar is topped with a punching bag that can be raised or lowered depending on the users size and ability. Two arms with lateral punching/kicking pads extend out from the center bar and can be moved to a raised position for punching and a lowered position for kicking. Its a great way to increase your heart rate, at the same time working all your muscles.
