Mr. Kevin E. Moak has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Gibbs & Cox, Inc., one of the world's leading Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering firms. Mr. Moak's professional portfolio at Gibbs & Cox includes extensive experience in naval architecture, structural design, concept and feasibility studies, contract, preliminary and detail design, project/program management, corporate management, and strategic planning. Mr. Moak graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 1978. Mr. Moak's appointment by the Board of Directors as the 7th Chairman of Gibbs & Cox, Inc. becomes effective March 1, 2002.
